Meeting Point: Your Flight’s Baggage Claim Carousel

Please turn your phone on when your flight arrives so your driver can contact you. Your driver will meet you near the baggage claim carousel. Do not go outside to the curb; if you don't see your driver, call the phone number above and wait by the baggage claim for your specific flight.

CAUTION: At pick up, make sure the driver offering transportation shows your booking details with your name on it! Unscrupulous drivers will tell you they are the company you are looking for, then will charge you the full rate upon arrival at your destination; in this case you will still be charged by the company listed above that you prepaid for your trip (and who will have a driver returning with an empty vehicle).

The airport requires that your driver wait only at this location, even though you may already have your luggage with you when you exit the secure customs area inside international flight arrivals.

OrlandoShuttleService.com handles advance bookings only, and billing of your trip balance is handled directly by the selected transportation company. This booking is subject to final acceptance by the selected transportation provider. Rates displayed on this site are updated regularly, but are subject to change without notice until the time payment for services is received by the transportation provider. Please review the details above for accuracy; it is your responsibility to notify the transportation provider regarding any discrepancies. You may or may not receive a separate confirmation notice from the chosen transportation company; they confirm directly with us regarding the scheduling of your reservation. BOOKING AVAILABILITY IS CONTINGENT UPON THE SPECIFIC DAILY SCHEDULE OF THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY YOU SELECTED. You will be contacted as soon as possible if there is an unavoidable conflict. Any changes to future bookings MUST be done by contacting your selected transportation company's office, as changes in future trips reported to the driver will NOT be processed. You may cancel your booking for any reason; however, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time; should you fail to do so and also fail to show up at your pre-scheduled pick up time, your transportation provider reserves the right to charge you a FULL ONE-WAY FARE. Cancellations received prior to the deadline will receive a FULL CREDIT of all charges towards a future booking. If you do not see your driver at the airport, you MUST call the phone number above immediately so the driver can be located for you. DO NOT leave the airport if you are unable to find the driver. The provider reserves the right to charge you wait time and additional airport parking for any of the following: failure to arrive at the pick up area within 30 minutes after flight touchdown (60 minutes for international flight arrivals), or for extra time if your bags are delayed and/or you spend time filing a claim with the airline's baggage services. You WILL NOT be charged wait time for a flight delay. You must call your provider immediately if your flight is cancelled or changed; failure to do so may result in a full one-way charge for the vehicle reserved. You must call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your pick up time, however if you fail to notify the provider in a timely manner, they will try in good faith to get a vehicle dispatched to your location as quickly as possible. Depending on your trip details, your transportation provider may add a nominal fee for international arrivals (charged to them by the airport) or an after-hours fee of $10 or more. Disney Theme Parks charge a vehicle entrance fee of $30 per day; this amount is not included in the Trip Cost as listed and will be charged to you separately when incurred.
