A survey is sent to every client following their trip, to solicit a personal review of the service received. Travelers are asked to rate various categories on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 as "Excellent". These are some recent comments:
"Both drivers were very easy to deal with and offered excellent service. I must say that we had a very poor flight to Orlando and we kept in-touch with your company and the driver yet we had one delay after another all day and your company and our driver were so easy to deal with. Once we landed I was texting your driver and once we got our bags and were outside he was there in about 2 minutes. I can only say that we as a family of seven were all tired and yet excited to be in Florida and your driver only made it better.
