Transportation for Group Travel
Planning group travel takes a little more work than making trip plans for one or two people. Whether you're flying to Orlando with your soccer team or a group of your closest friends, you'll have to think about how you're all going to get from one place to another. Even if you and your friends don't mind being packed into a taxi like sardines, the airport has strict rules limiting the number of occupants, so you'd likely need at least two cabs for a large group. Orlando Shuttle Service has options for your group that are easy on the wallet and give you room to breathe.
Best Options for Groups
If you're still planning your itinerary, here's a tip: Cruises are great for large parties! That's because you only have to figure out how to get to your ship; once you're there, all of your dining, accommodations and entertainment are within walking distance – and you can usually get a price break on rooms when you book as a group.
Many people fly into Orlando because it's so close to Port Canaveral, the port for a variety of Carnival, Disney and Royal Caribbean cruises. And we have comfortable private vehicles for groups of all sizes – take a luxury van, mini bus or Hummer limousine straight to your ship. You can also reserve a private motor coach, for larger groups.
Orlando-Area Travel
Heading to Disney World or Universal Studios? If you're staying at a theme park resort, you might be able to reserve one of their shuttles ahead of time, but usually, space is at a premium for those rides. If you have more than four people in your group, don't count on being able to ride together to your destination.
How many people can you accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 56 passengers on a coach bus.
Won't our hotel provide us with a bus where we need to go?
Disney and airport-area hotels do offer shuttles, but if you're staying anywhere else, you'll have to find your own transportation.
Activities for Groups
You can find group discounts for hotels, theme parks, boat tours – there's a lot to see and do in Orlando for groups of any size. Depending on the size of your group, you may need to plan several months to a year in advance, to ensure hotels can accommodate you – and remember that cruises are an easy and convenient way for groups to travel.
Make a booking through our website and we'll get you from the Orlando airport to your hotel, and if you're staying at a hotel outside a theme park, we can also transport your group from the hotel right to the front gate of Disney, or anywhere else you're going! Even if your hotel offers shuttle service, you'll be competing with other passengers for a seat and won't have a choice about when you depart or arrive – if you miss their scheduled shuttle, you'll have to find another ride (typically, an expensive taxi). But when you make a booking through us, you can return to your hotel on your own schedule.
