If you're still planning your itinerary, here's a tip: Cruises are great for large parties! That's because you only have to figure out how to get to your ship; once you're there, all of your dining, accommodations and entertainment are within walking distance – and you can usually get a price break on rooms when you book as a group.

Many people fly into Orlando because it's so close to Port Canaveral, the port for a variety of Carnival, Disney and Royal Caribbean cruises. Heading to Disney World or Universal Studios? If you're staying at a theme park resort, you might be able to reserve one of their shuttles ahead of time, but usually, space is at a premium for those rides. If you have more than four people in your group, don't count on being able to ride together to your destination.

What size vehicle does a group of 10, 20 or 40 need?

Private luxury vans and Hummer limousines cover the smaller end, mini buses the middle, and a private motor coach seats up to 56. Enter your party size on the quote form and only vehicles that seat everyone are returned, so a group never has to work out the sizing itself.

Can a large group travel together from Orlando airport?

Only in a vehicle booked for the purpose. The airport caps occupants per cab, so a large party needs at least two taxis and arrives in pieces. A reserved van, mini bus or coach keeps the group in one vehicle, and theme-park resort shuttles rarely have space for more than four travelling together.
